Motivation: Watch What You Feed Yourself!

When we think about feeding ourselves we often think about food, but eating a full course meal is not the only way to be fed. You can feed your brain by listening to the radio, and by watching T.V. We have to be careful what we feed ourselves no matter the area being fed. Bad food can bring on bad health by causing you to gain weight, just as listening to filthy music can put you in a bad place emotionally. Watching the wrong things can also have a bad influence on you by making you have horrible dreams, or by influencing the way you think.

We sit here and wonder why we panic in certain situations or have anxiety fueled thoughts, just take a moment and think about what you are taking in. Listen to bunch of violent music on a regular basis and tell me what type of mood you will be in. Watch a bunch of pornography and tell me what kind of sick ass dreams you will have. The devil operates in these environments and music and t.v. are just gateways for him to attack the mind. You can't listen and watch to a bunch of sick shit all day and expect to have pleasant thoughts all day. The say way that you take care of your body with healthy foods, learn to listen and watch healthy t.v. shows. Listen to more jazz instead of twerkin, trap, and/or heavy metal music all day long. 

So to all of my people struggling with anxiety, depression, and/or any diagnosis dealing with that brain of yours, focus on your brain health. Listen to good music, watch good wholesome shows, and hang around positive people just for a week. I want you to shoot me an email and let me know how did your week go. This is a topic that I have wrote and read about all to many times. If I can help it this will be the last time I write about it, and hopefully this post will help some of you. I going to keep this real short and sweet, no need for a long post. Women want to know why their men can't keep it in their pants, and men want to know why their women can't keep their legs closed. I might ruffle some feathers with this post, but fuck it I gotta get this off of my chest. In no way do I condone abuse of any kind, rather it be mental or physical, no one deserves to be abused by anyone! Lately I have really been getting overloaded with issues from friends, and most of them have been going through the same thing for years. Most of their problems stems from relationships.
